I have known Tricia for the better part of 10 years and I can easily say she is one of the hardest working, most driven individuals I have ever met. Her determination was incredible to work with inside of the theatre society and she never failed to amaze me with what she can create out of so little. Tricia is a born leader that not only goes out of her way to help customers, but puts forward a remarkable amount of effort to help her peers. She works effectively with all co-workers and understands how to navigate the system in a timely manner. She knows exactly when to escalate sticky situations, who to contact and how to manage the escalations.

Tricia’s communication skills are outstanding! She is constantly holding meetings with the outside sales team to inform them of new promotions or new trainings that she attended that month. Tricia is also the first person to call our current customers and prospects to inform them of a new promotion or deal. She is always very prepared and well informed. Because of this, Tricia has been able to go “wider and deeper” into current accounts. She knows the Carousel story and how to sell across multiple platforms to create lifelong customers.

Tricia’s incredible adaptability and positive attitude with the Carousel team and process has truly benefited our customers and helped the Texas region excel in sales. Tricia has the uncanny ability to make every customer feel comfortable. Her flexibility helps her adapt to customers that quickly and frequently have evolving environments. Tricia is the first person to set up a call to make sure everyone is on the same page, the customer’s need is constantly being addressed and that the projects are moving forward with the customer’s best interest in mind. Did I mention she does all of this with a smile on her face?
